Trade Show: The Chocolate and Pastry Show at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles – From October 28 to November 1, 2026

Categories : Fairs and Trade Shows, Nearby, published on : 9/1/26

The Salon du Chocolat et de la Pâtisserie, or Chocolate and Pastry Show—a must-attend event for professionals and enthusiasts of cocoa, chocolate, and pastry—returns from October 28 to November 1, 2026, at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles.

Established in 1995, the Salon du Chocolat et de la Pâtisserie takes place annually during the All Saints' Day holidays at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles.

It brings together 96,000 participants—including over 3,500 professionals from 35 countries—along with 250 exhibitors and 500 speakers, with 30 conferences organized over the course of five days.

A true institution in the world of confectionery, the Salon du Chocolat et de la Pâtisserie showcases established artisans, emerging talents, cocoa experts, prestigious chefs, and producer nations.

Top pastry chefs—such as Philippe Conticini, Thierry Marx, Nina Métayer, Yann Couvreur, and Cédric Grolet—who work closely with the world of chocolate, will be there to amaze and delight you.

The guest of honor for the 2025 edition of the Salon du Chocolat et de la Pâtisserie was Jean-Paul Hévin—a figure well-known to us at the Hotel Jardin Le Bréa, as we are fans of the boutique he has on Rue Vavin, right near our hotel!

Discover the highlights of the Chocolate and Pastry Show:

* The PASTRY SHOW: A stage for live demonstrations hosted by renowned pastry chefs and chocolatiers. The 2026 French Dessert Champions, Adrien Salavert and Bastien Meulot, will be in attendance. Chefs invited by Gault & Millau—a show partner—will also feature in the program.

* The INSPIRATION AISLE: A showcase of chocolate sculptures and outfits created by artisan chocolatiers and fashion designers based on the theme "Incandescence". The space will also display works by finalists of the "Best Apprentice in France" (Chocolate & Confectionery) competition, created around the theme "Depths of the Sea".

* SANTA’S HOUSE: An exhibition of Yule logs crafted by chefs from luxury hotels and prestigious establishments—a holiday season must-see that will delight visitors of all ages.

* The MUSICAL SHOW: Following the success of its 2025 debut, the Musical Show and its chocolate costumes are returning, once again in partnership with AICOM, France’s leading multidisciplinary performing arts school. Titled "Incandescence: The Rock Cabaret," the production offers a unique fusion of burlesque, art, and chocolate, resulting in a show that is as bold as it is spectacular.

* The CACAO SHOW: 30 talks and presentations taking place throughout the five-day event.

And some new features:

* CHOCO’LIVE: a lively hub at the heart of the show featuring a rotating lineup of competitions, challenges, and interactive activities. Notably, on Thursday, October 29, this stage will host the tasting sessions for the "Master du pain au chocolat" (Master *Pain au Chocolat*) competition, organized by the National Confederation of French Bakery and Pastry.

GOURMET WORKSHOPS: no fewer than 230 sessions, ranging from activities open to everyone (adults and children alike) to more specialized experiences designed for connoisseurs, focusing on awakening the senses and the art of chocolate tasting.

* The SIGNATURES PAVILION: a more intimate setting featuring a daily lineup of renowned chefs—such as Aurélien Cohen, expected on Sunday, November 1—presenting bespoke creations to take away or enjoy on-site, all within a lounge atmosphere set to the beat of DJ sets.

Dedicated areas will also showcase the show’s exhibitors:

* The "Young Talents" area: the spotlight will be on the next generation with a space dedicated to young talent—a true hotbed of creativity.

*   The "Elles" area: women entrepreneurs will be highlighted in the "Elles" area, showcasing their original creations and innovative spirit.

* The "Chocolate Residency" area will host a different chocolatier each day, offering even more opportunities for discovery.

And for professionals:

* CHOCO'LAB: a space dedicated to innovation and business development for stakeholders in the cocoa, chocolate, and pastry sectors. Serving as both a source of inspiration and a support hub for artisans—covering everything from raw material sourcing to production tools and management solutions—this space acts as a true hub for networking and opportunities, designed for industry professionals looking to grow and boost their business.
