Paris Games Week (PGW), the leading French trade show dedicated to video games, related merchandise, and pop culture, is celebrating its 15th anniversary at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles from October 22 to 25, 2026.

 

 

Paris Games Week—or PGW, as it is known to enthusiasts—is an annual video game trade show organized by the SELL (Syndicat des Éditeurs de Logiciels de Loisirs); its inaugural edition took place in 2010.

The previous edition in 2025 drew 161,000 visitors and 230 exhibitors, and the event will celebrate its 15th edition from October 22 to 25, 2026, at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles.

 

Paris Games Week is a must-attend event for geek culture enthusiasts, bringing together game publishers, console and PC manufacturers, studios, and accessory makers—all there to showcase and offer hands-on demos of new releases for late 2026 and early 2027—alongside esports figures, content creators, and fans.

 

The theme for PGW 2026 is "The Playground Edition".

To mark its 15th anniversary, Paris Games Week is transforming into a playground for every community: using the official app, visitors can follow a dynamic trail, take on challenges, unlock collectible badges, and earn rewards while exploring the show and its immersive activities.

The event promises reimagined spaces, a fresh lineup, "off-site" partnerships extending beyond the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles venue in the lead-up to the opening, and a unique celebration that turns the show itself into a playable experience.
