For 30 years, the Créations & Savoir-Faire trade show (formerly Aiguille en Fête) has brought together DIY and arts-and-crafts enthusiasts at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles. This anniversary edition will take place from November 18 to 22, 2026.

 

 

The Créations & Savoir-Faire (Creations & Know-How) trade show—formerly known as Aiguilles en Fête—is celebrating its 30th anniversary, and it’s doing so in a big way!

From November 18 to 22, 2026, the event will welcome 50,000 enthusiasts to Paris Expo Porte de Versailles. Whether interested in sewing, needlework, fine arts, home decor, creative DIY, culinary arts, jewelry-making, or paper crafts, attendees will have the chance to meet 355 exhibitors from France and across Europe, and take part in 450 workshops—including over 100 brand-new offerings.

 

Over the course of five days, Créations & Savoir-Faire will explore every facet of the DIY world: sewing, embroidery, crochet, knitting, weaving, patchwork, watercolor, linocut, sculpting, jewelry-making, paper crafts, journaling, scrapbooking, botanical-themed projects, upcycling, repair, traditional artisanal skills… nothing will be left out!

* ID•DÉCO: The ID•DÉCO space has been reimagined with a fresh layout, inviting visitors to explore DIY decor in all its forms—from upcycling and craft-based decorating to interior transformations. It’s a hub of inspiration where creators and experts share their techniques through live demonstrations.

* ID•FIL: The ID•FIL space celebrates the richness of textile arts, craftsmanship, and *Haute Couture*. With everything from tweed weaving and gold-thread embroidery to Lunéville crochet and lacemaking, the program is packed with demonstrations by exceptional artisans, offering an immersive look at the artistry of the human hand.

* ID•FOOD: The ID•FOOD space returns to celebrate creative cooking as a true form of craftsmanship. Featuring gourmet recipes, inventive drinks, and unique presentations, content creators and culinary experts share their secrets through live demonstrations—giving you plenty of ideas to recreate at home.

* ID•FAMILY: The ID•FAMILY space is designed to bring both children and adults together through creative hobbies! With demonstrations, guided workshops, and fun challenges, parents and children are invited to create together, discover new techniques, and gather a wealth of ideas to try out at home.

 

To mark its 30th anniversary, Créations & Savoir-Faire is stepping beyond the confines of Paris Expo Porte de Versailles to launch Paris Craft Week, running from November 16 to 22, 2026.

For one week, step inside hidden workshops, inspiring boutiques, heritage houses, and creative spaces that are not usually open to the public. The program includes private tours, exclusive demonstrations, exhibitions, book signings, and opportunities to meet the artisans, artists, and independent creators who keep traditional crafts and skills alive.

- From Hotel Jardin Le Bréa, take Metro line 12 from the Notre-Dame-des-Champs station (a 5-minute walk away), heading toward Mairie d'Issy, and get off at the Porte de Versailles station.
