* "Rwanda, 1994, our story?" at Mémorial de la Shoah - From April 04 to November 17, 2019
As part of the 25th commemoration of the Tutsi genocide in Rwanda.
From April to July 1994, the 20th century closed on a lst genocide: that of Tutsi by Hutu extremists.
Men, women and children were hunted down and murdered en masse during an extermination effort of tremendous efficiency. Nearly one million victims died in less than 3 months.
Twenty-five years later, a thick veil of clichés, denial and ignorance continues to cover the event.
