Paris is the fashion capital. Paris Fashion Week 2026 concludes with the Womenswear Spring/Summer 2027 shows, running from September 28 to October 6, 2026.
Since 1973, the Fédération de la Haute Couture et de la Mode (FHCM) has organized Paris Fashion Week® four times a year: two editions for Womenswear (Spring/Summer in September and Autumn/Winter in March) and two editions for Menswear (Autumn/Winter in January and Spring/Summer in June).
Haute Couture Week, meanwhile, takes place twice a year: Spring/Summer in January and Autumn/Winter in July.
Four major world capitals host Fashion Week: London, Milan, New York, and Paris.
Paris Fashion Week is the most significant of these "Big Four"—as the Anglo-Saxon media calls them.
The Spring/Summer 2027 Womenswear fashion shows thus bring the 2026 Paris Fashion Week season to a close.
