Every year since 1995, more than 60 countries are represented at the Salon du Chocolat et de la Pâtisserie, with nearly 500 French and international participants.
Top pastry chefs, such as Philippe Conticini, Thierry Marx, Nina Métayer, Yann Couvreur, and Cédric Grolet, working closely with the world of chocolate, will be there to amaze and delight you.

 

 

The guest of honor for this 30th anniversary edition of the Chocolate and Pastry Show is Jean-Paul Hévin, whom we know well at the Hôtel Jardin Le Bréa, as we're fans of his boutique on Rue Vavin!
